In 5 steps your custom machine

STEP 1

Inventory & advice

We start with a solid conversation: where are the challenges and what can be improved? Together we map out your process and requirements. Based on that, we advise and provide you with an honest offer for the best-fitting solution.

STEP 2

Design & mechanical engineering

Our engineers translate everything into a 3D model. This gives you an immediate insight into the design and forms the basis for detailed drawings, the exact dimensions and further optimisation.

STEP 3

Fabrication & controls

In our own manufacturing facility, the machine takes shape. Our technicians build everything in-house: from turning to milling, welding and assembly. Even the custom-built automation and control systems are developed by our own specialists.

STEP 4

Installation & commissioning

We install the machine, test everything thoroughly and ensure your production process runs seamlessly. Prefer to collect the machine yourself? That’s possible too. Either way, one thing applies: we don’t stop until you’re satisfied.

STEP 5

Aftercare, service & service contracts

We stay involved. With our ad hoc service and optional service contracts, you are always assured of our assistance and/or technical support – remotely or on site. And whether it’s a question, maintenance, adjustments or fast assistance in the event of machine issues: we are here for you, 24/6.
