The Fortress Cerberus is an advanced inspection system that offers everything you need to keep your products safe and of high quality. The machine offers a complete solution for metal detection and checkweighing in one, integrated machine, possible to use with ‘Sparc-Eye’ label inspection. Developed for the high care sector, the Cerberus delivers unlimited precision and reliability in your production.
Flexible and Reliable
Cerberus can be used at any stage of your process to inspect 100% of your products safely, reliably and accurately. It is suitable for inspecting all kinds of products with a maximum size of 300 x 300 x 100 mm and up to a maximum speed of 200 packages per minute. Deviating products are quickly and accurately removed from the product flow by a servo-driven reject system and collected in a sealed container.
