External pole magnet separator

The SOLLAU external pole magnetic separator has been designed for removing small ferromagnetic parts from materials with less favourable bulk and flow characteristics which, traditionally, could block traditional magnetic grate separators. These include grain, flour, powder, sawdust and similar products.

A solid steel spreading cone is located at the inlet of the external pole magnetic separator which distributes the product stream over the innermost magnetic plates and ensures high effectiveness of the separation process. The unique system of tilting plates means that the external pole magnetic separator is easy to clean and it is not necessary to remove the collected ferromagnetic parts from the magnet plates by hand.
