JT basic shooting belt
Description
The JT Shooting Belt is designed to transfer products in a controlled manner and position them accurately within a production line. The system ensures an even product distribution and a reliable flow towards the next process step. This improves line efficiency and keeps the product flow organized and consistent.
The shooting belt can be applied to a wide range of products and processes. Depending on the product type, required capacity and available space, the system is fully custom built. This ensures seamless integration into both existing and new production lines.
Control system
The system is supplied with a stainless steel control cabinet. The cabinet contains frequency drives for the motors and a PLC for system control. Operation is simple and clear, allowing operators to quickly set up and run the system.
