Sollau Magnetic Mat
Description
The magnetic mat by SOLLAU has been developed in accordance with the requirements within the food industry and has been designed to minimise the transfer of metal parts (from the workshop, construction site and outdoors) to the production zones.
The magnetic mat consists of two parts. The lower part is equipped with extra strong neodymium NdFeB magnets and is covered by a plate. The mat is very simple to install, maintain and clean. The metal parts collected can be cleaned up once you have removed the upper plate.
Magnetic mat with stainless steel grate
A special variant of the magnetic mat is the magnetic mat with stainless steel grate. The upper part consists of a thick mesh of welded stainless steel profiles. This highly effective scraper helps remove metal contaminations such as metal fillings, splinters, screws and nails stuck to the soles of shoes.
