Vacuum Feeder

Description
The Vacuum Feeder is designed for the automatic feeding and singulation of poultry products, such as fillets, tenders and wing parts. Products are supplied from a bulk buffer hopper and are automatically elevated and positioned on the belt using vacuum suction. This creates a controlled product flow with products correctly separated and spaced for further processing.
The machine consists of two separate lanes and can feed up to two grading lines. With a capacity of up to 180 pieces per minute per lane, the Vacuum Feeder is a strong solution for production environments where speed, consistency and accuracy are essential.
Efficient product infeed
A consistent and controlled product infeed is essential for an efficient grading line. The Vacuum Feeder automatically separates and spaces products before they enter the next stage of the process. This allows seamless integration with dynamic weighing, grading and batching systems.
By reducing the need for manual product handling at the infeed, the system helps improve efficiency, reduce labour and create a more stable product flow throughout the line.
