My Fortress metal detector isn't working properly. What can I do?
First, check if the values in the calibration report match the current settings of the metal detector.

Where can I find the serial number of the metal detector?
The serial number is stamped into the stainless steel on the bottom right of the display of the Fortress metal detector, or on an older type Fortress metal detector, it is stamped on the back.
The serial number is also stamped into the stainless steel on the back of the Fortress Pipeline metal detectors.
Where can I order spare parts?
Submit a request via our parts request form. We’ll quickly let you know whether the part is in stock and when we can deliver.
Where can I find the project or order number of the machine?
You can find that on the type plate on the hood.
Who should I call in case of a malfunction on one of my machines?
Call us on 0341-353829 and select option 1 for malfunctions in the menu.
