Description
The SOLLAU bullet magnetic separator has been designed for separating small ferromagnetic parts from flowing product with less favourable bulk and flow characteristics. These products, including grains, flour, powder and sawdust, could cause blockages in traditional magnetic grids.
How the bullet magnetic separator works
The product is distributed equally over the magnetic poles by the stainless steel cone. Every iron impurity is attracted by the bullet magnet and is held until it is removed by opening the door and cleaning the bullet manually. The access door of the inline magnet is equipped with a folding support meaning that the magnetic pattern can be easily removed. Shortcuts provide easy access and inspection.
