Description
The SOLLAU chute magnet is designed for inclined pipeline systems in which using other types of magnetic separators would be difficult or even impossible. In order to achieve optimal separation results, the angle of the pipeline, in which the chute magnet is mounted, should not exceed 45° from the vertical.
SOLLAU chute magnets are available in various designs with different strengths in the magnetic field. The chute magnet is equipped with an extraction plate, from which the captured metal impurities can be removed very easily: the magnetic part of the extraction plate is released manually and moved away from the extraction plate, after which the captured impurities fall off spontaneously.
