Description
The SOLLAU overband magnetic separator is suitable for product streams with a high content of ferromagnetic parts. It is designed to capture ferromagnetic particles from a product stream in a quick and easy way. At the same time the overband magnetic plate protects the machinery, such as shredders, mills, grinders and screw conveyors, which subsequently treat the material.
The tramp ferrous metal extracted from the product is removed automatically by a heavy duty rubber belt into a collection bin at the side of the conveyor belt. The overband magnetic separator with automatic cleaning is highly efficient, maintenance-free, simple to install and low in consumption costs.
